A recent MBA graduate who has conducted research in the field of Talent Management and a Fellow of the Institute for Recruitment practice, John is dedicated to adding value to clients by providing the best talent and reducing time to hire.
John began his recruitment career with Pirelli more than 20 years ago, before the dawn of emails and during a time when CVs had to be faxed.
In 2009, John founded specialist Creative, Marketing, Data, Technical and Digital recruitment agency, Henry Nicholas with the mantra “your people are your business”. He has always believed that business leaders should always think about the “why” before “what” and “how” - a basis that has ensured the ongoing growth and success of Henry Nicholas. John is married to Sarah and both share a son, Sam, and two crazy cats.
