The experience we need.
Ideally around 3-4 plus years of experience as a Planner within a CRM, Digital or Communications agency experience. Varied experience across different sectors would be a bonus, along with some management experience.
-Reporting to the Planning Director, you'll be leading the planning function of the agency on a day-to-day basis. You'll work across our full roster, but your focus is likely to be on our bigger, blue-chip clients:
-You'll be developing contact strategies across multiple touch points and at every stage of the customer journey - from acquisition through to the ownership experience.
-You'll spend time in the planning and designing of multi-channel comms programmes, combining your marketing instinct with data and insight to inform your thinking.
-You'll be able to support the creative development process by identifying content requirements, determining messaging and building customer propositions.
-You'll relish the chance of working closely with our client partners, gaining stakeholder trust and buy-in whilst helping marketing teams pick their way through the complexity of CRM.
-You'll also be asked to interpret and influence brand and marketing strategies, so that they might be applied more effectively to customer communication programmes.
