- Experience managing group hotel bookings
- Experience pitching to win new business in accommodation services
- Commercial experience working for a venue or hotel organising accommodation bookings would be advantageous
- Line management experience is preferable.
As the successful Accommodation Manager, you'll manage an Accommodation Assistant to deliver accommodation services for a not-for-profit organisation that put on events across the UK and Europe. You'll manage block bookings of rooms in hotels for people attending the events. This entails sourcing the hotel, visiting the hotel to ensure it meets the required standard, negotiating contracts with the hotels and managing the bookings and the in-house booking system.
