We are looking to hire a Senior Account Director to work onsite leading global electronics brand based in London. Based in house, the Senior Account Director will act as project-lead, on behalf of the client, to implement new data warehouse, platform technology and organisational change with the view of creating a fully integrated omni-channel experience with a first party data-led strategy at the heart of all marketing activity.

Successful applicants will have a comprehensive digital background and a solid data-led approach to their work. Corporate awareness is also fundamental to the role, as helping both client and agency to deliver on their core objectives is vital, whilst a strong analytical mind is also extremely important. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a history in delivering results and ensuring the highest creative standards, as well of experience of handling budgets and forecasting.

Desired skills: Senior Account Director

-Extremely strong interpersonal skills, able to switch between agency and client mentalities and able to own with C-level stakeholder relationships
-Strong digital marketing experience, with a focus on CRM
-Has been personally responsible for CRM platforms or managed a team responsible for CRM platforms
-Extremely organised project manager
-Comprehensive analytical mind, with experience of delivering actionable insight
-Robust customer journey and planning skills
-Strong people manager, capable of managing account management, technical campaign and data analyst teams
-Quickly able to identify and maximise opportunities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint (creation and presentation)
-Numerically literate – manage budgets, agency forecast and projections

The role.

Whilst project managing the wider change project, the successful candidate will also be expected to deliver immediate core CRM functionality and results to support short-term targets. This will include product launches, product onboarding, nurture, upgrade, service and ecommerce messaging. As such, they will also be responsible for the recruitment of further agency personnel, also to be based at client offices, to support in the delivery of, both, short and long-term workstreams.
