The experience we need.
- Some previous experience managing a CRM system
- Understanding of CRM data management and regulation
- Management of support requests
- Ideally some experience of training users on CRM systems
- Report creation
This role sits within the Marketing team of a growing organisation who operate in London and Bristol. This position is based in Bristol, but you'll be needed in the London office around 2 days / week. (All travel and expenses will be managed in advance for you, including a taxi pick up to and from your door!).
There is scope to develop this role down the line as the team grows.
A major part of this role will be to maintant user accounts and permissions and set up dashboards for reporting across the business. As CRM Executive you will be the first in line for CRM support and other digital system queries. You'll manage project plans and coordinate any training requirements.

What you’ll get in return.
A salary in the region of £22,000 - £27,000 with other excellent benefits.
