The experience we need.
-Good understanding of Salesforce integration with: Clicktools (Highly Desirable) Dotmailer (Highly Desirable) Conga (Desirable) Cirrus Insight/Linkpoint 360 Outlook Integration (Desirable)
-Minimum of two years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator, post ADM201 qualification.
-Proven experience of Salesforce CRM configuration, including the use of workflows, process builder, validation rules, profiles and permissions.
-Proven experience of developing complex reports and dashboards.
-Experience of working with Salesforce Communities an advantage.
-Proven ability to gather and document user requirements a distinct advantage.
-Database Administration and Support. Provide routine administration and first line user support the Salesforce platform and its associated apps, ensuring that the database is well maintained and that users are able to make best use of its functionality.
-Provide the all administration of the Salesforce system, within the limits of training and experience, ensuring optimum levels of availability and functionality.
-Provide effective and responsive first line support to all users.
-Provide training for new users, and supplementary training for existing users as required.
-Interpret data requirements and give advice on the use of data and the production of reports
