We're on the hunt for an exceptional Design Director for one of the UK's best branding and packaging agencies. You’ll be surrounded by award winning creatives and will get to work on a whole range of projects for global FMCG brands, as well as a handful of amazing breakthrough brands. We're looking for an awesome portfolio of big brand work - ideally a mixture of brand creation and packaging design but one of the other is fine. 

The experience we need.

The successful Design Director will be a genuine ideas person and this must be apparent in your portfolio. As well as brilliant ideas, your portfolio will be executed beautifully, because you know how to craft meticulously and you wouldn't accept anything that isn't exceptional. 

Chances are, you're already an Design Director for one of the UK's top design agencies previously. The ideal candidate might have won a D&AD pencil or two, and you'll be applying for this role because you've done some amazing work to date but you're still wanting to do the very best work of your career. You need a branding agency that can deliver the briefs to allow you to achieve this, and here they are.

The role.

This is an amazing opportunity for an amazing Design Director at the very top of their game. You'll be joining one of the country's most respected branding agencies and working with amazing brands at lead creative agency level. 

It's a super fun environment, loud and busy at times, where you'll have a challenging but fun adventure.  As Design Director you'll get to play a key role in shaping the agency's creative output, and will get to deputise for the Associate Creative Directors and Creative Director from time to time too. You'll get to work on all of the tastiest briefs from a stable of great clients - some of which will be yours to own.

Their creative output is second to none and it's this combination which has won them clients large and small - from exciting start-ups who need a brand built from scratch, up to global FMCG brands who use them for the vast majority of their creative campaign work.
