We are working with a rapidly growing agency, who are looking for an experienced agency account Planner. As the Planner, you will have worked across extensive brand and marketing campaign strategies in a B2B context. You will also be innovative and credible, with the ability to challenge a client brief and lead on big thinking.
The experience we need:

It is vital that the Planner will have an analytical and innovative brand strategy vision, as well as know how best to achieve B2B demand generation across all communication channels. The Planner will have a solid grasp of complex information and be able to identify and understand key insights and recommendations for data analysis.
  • B2B agency-side experience, ideally on EMEA or international projects and within the tech or software space.
  • Demonstrable strategic planning experience across brand strategy, positioning innovation, insight, integrated marketing, demand generation and account-based marketing.
  • Thorough knowledge of data-led insight development and working in a data planning, research and analytics environment.
  • Confidently present complex strategies and present strategic plans and conclusions to the client to engage with clients and achieve buy-in.
The role:
  • Be able to establish the client’s aims and objectives, develop an in-depth understanding of their business, products, competitors, challenges and opportunities.
  • Create insights from multiple diverse data sources to help formulate effective strategies for existing and prospective clients that lead to engaging communications.
  • Collaborate with the client service, creative and digital teams across: brand strategy, campaign direction and data insight for clients and prospective clients.
  • End to end management of research projects, workshops and focus groups.
  • Support the rest of the planning team to monitor and report on the success of campaigns.
