You'll earn 5% of the revenue that you bring into the agency, which could be around £15k per annum but initially would be more like £5 - 7.5k realistically.
The experience we need.
- Personality is key - you need to be warm, approachable, outgoing and collaborative
- Commercial sales experience is preferable but not essential
- Graduate calibre with high energy and ambition and a good communicator with the ability to influence
- An understanding of consultative sales and friendly, patient lead nurturing to ultimately secure big blue chip clients.
As the successful Inside Sales Executive, you'll help to grow the agency's client portfolio by identifying corporate decision makers and arranging meetings for the agency to pitch to them. This is a high-level telesales role, which requires a friendly, consultative approach to nurture relationships. The Inside Sales Executive will be comfortable and confident talking to people at a senior level.

What you’ll get in return.
