The successful Senior Conceptual Designer / Creative should have a mix of digital and offline experience and your work must show high quality, varied projects. Quality is king here, your portfolio and ideas will do most of the talking. The ideal senior designer will have some form of design experience corporate communications, CSR, internal comms or similar. Again though, the portfolio is what's really important. Evidence of creative ideas and thinking outside the box is particularly important.
This is an amazing opportunity for the most talented Senior Conceptual Designer / Creative. You'll get to work on new brand identities, brand guidelines and creative campaigns for a host of middle-sized companies and hidden gems, as well as working on more corporate communications projects - creative concepts and flawless execution of corporate social responsibility and internal comms design projects for global brands. As a Senior Conceptual Designer / Creative, you'll also have responsibility for mentoring junior members of the team, both from a technical and creative perspective.
