We are looking for a Designer with a contemporary style and ability to turn ideas into brilliantly crafted finished designs, across the full marketing and advertising mix. This boutique agency has around 9 employees, with this Design role pivotal in their continued growth.

The company.

This Designer will be based in central Bristol, within modern offices, with endless tea and coffee! The team work closely together to deliver creative marketing campaign work, across both digital and print. This agency has a mix of well-known blue chip clients across multiple sector, both B2C and B2B.

The role.

As the Designer, you will be able to work to brand guidelines, providing a refreshing approach to the design process. You will be client facing and a key member of the team to help deliver exceptional work to the clients every time. As a Mid Weight Designer, you will work alongside the Creative Director and Senior Art worker, client service and Copywriter.

The experience we need.

You will have a minimum of 3 years Design experience, ideally within an agency or internal marketing team. You will have an exceptional portfolio of integrated Design ideas. Apart from experience, cultural fit is so important.

What you’ll get in return.

The salary for this role is between £30-£35k, 23 days holiday, Xmas closure, comprehensive training budget.
