The SEO Manager will join an integrated communications business with innovative businesses providing the following services; brand development, brand and comms strategy, advertising, digital, media, activation, events, training and software development.
The SEO Manager is a newly created role within the team and organisation. This individual will have the opportunity to define scale, build and define the service and the team around them.
-You will be responsible for all areas of SEO; technical, onsite and offsite.
-Provide technical consultancy in-regards to SEO for clients and Staff agency including:
-Assimilate data (website, market, key word and competitors).
-Conduct and compile SEO audits whether that be technical, content and competitor in order of priority.
-Manage, implement and work with the development team to provide SEO technical analysis, website architecture and HTML optimisation, internal link strategy evaluation and implementation,
-Best practice for usability, UX and information architecture for search engines.
-Keeping up with changes in the industry.
The experience we need.
-The SEO Manager should possess a strong drive to be proactive, will have their own informed point of view and strive to deliver the highest quality of work in the most efficient way possible.
-Ability to both work as part of a team or independently as required by the business.
-Confidence and ability to build relationships with clients of all levels of seniority.
-Knowledge of search engine algorithms and implementing EAT principles.
-Experience of developing strategic SEO proposals.
-Experience of Delivering technical SEO audits and applying fixes.
-Resolve technical SEO issues
-Experienced presenter with strong written and spoken communication skills.
-Ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities that build agency revenues.
-Ideally experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
