The experience we need.
- The ideal candidate will be working as a New Business Manager/Business Development Manager/Sales Consultant in a data-driven agency
- A proven track record in lead generation and conversion into new business wins
- Experience selling/comprehensive knowledge of data driven services (management, consultancy, science, compliance etc.)
- You’ll have a go-getter mentality and have a proactive, multi-faceted approach towards lead generation
- You’ll be confident and comfortable selling to prospective clients both over the phone and face to face
- You’ll be results orientated and have great knowledge of the industry and services the agency offers
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a New Business Manager to flex their selling skills across several mediums including face to face pitching, attending events, online and offline networking, and over the phone sales calls. You will be targeting decision makers in key businesses and know how to tailor your approach accordingly; depending on experience and salary, you can expect to be targeted £1m - £1.5m added value in year 1.
