This Campaign Manager will be employed by an inhouse CRM agency for one of the most exciting and innovative consumer brands in world, who are currently moving through huge amounts of growth.
Working for a specialist in-house CRM agency. The agency is responsible (strategy, creative and execution) for developing the Consumer Marketing capability/programme for a global consumer brand. Working in central London, alongside a Senior Account Director & Technical Lead Manager, the Marketing CRM Campaign Manager will develop and shape the programme with both internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately be responsible for setting up, executing and reporting against consumer communications across Europe.
The experience we need.
-CRM experience within a digital environment is required
-Experiences with previous email broadcast tools is essential, with experience in Adobe Campaign advantageous
-An understanding of B2C 1:2:1 marketing and the challenges / opportunities this brings
-Data literate, with the ability to break this down into layman's terms to communicate to the business
-Good understanding of digital marketing
-Good understanding of HTML and SQL
-Knowledge of application of social data an advantage
-Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives
