Based in central Bristol, this marketing communications agency are a close-knit team of 5 happy, young and ambitious employees. They work with a wide variety of Healthcare clients. This is a brand-new Social Media opportunity, as client demands in this sector have grown significantly.
You will be working to deliver creative output that is educational, compelling and engaging, but also aligns closely with the clients key social and business objectives – the ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms with the ability to communicate in a clear and engaging way.
-You will oversee and directly manage all of our client’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn) by creating innovative & high-quality content that engages the client’s target audiences.
-Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns, working
in close collaboration with their clients.
-Develop social strategy & set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
-Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data.
-Propose strategies & execute these for any new channels (YouTube, Snapchat etc.) as relevant,
e.g. research and advise on new platforms that might support the business
The experience we need.
-An extremely strong and demonstrable understanding of commercial Social Media strategy (from either brand or agency experience).
-Strong working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
-Hardworking and proactive attitude, love all things digital and be flexible enough to do a number of different activities.
-Degree in digital communications, marketing, advertising, media studies, business and/or related
-Strong understanding of social media channel functionalities, trends, and how to use each to
maximum effectiveness for a given audience.
-Creative, independent and positive self-starter, not afraid to propose and try out new ideas: you
have a natural curiosity, are a problem solver, results oriented and insight-led
-Knowledge of scheduling tools would be an advantage
-Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
-Analytical skills & motivated to surpass targets
-Some experience in paid social, A/B testing and growth hacking
-Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook
