An innovative Financial services company in central Bristol are looking to hire a technical Data driven technical campaign manager, with experience across campaign tools, some marketing automation and SQL experience ideally.

The company.

A large financial services company with a large base in Bristol who are different from other banks. They don't do investment banking, overseas speculation or big corporate finance, they serve individuals and local business customers.

The role.

-Assists in the delivery of operational customer contact selections (including branch, telephony & digital leads, DM, Emails, SMS etc.) accurately, robustly, compliantly and in a timely way-Provides a range of information, interpretation and guidance, which enables business areas to assess the downstream implications linked to their decisions
-Helps to support supplier management relationships with key external contracts used for operational campaign delivery-Helps to support Data-Driven Marketing operational risk areas such as business impact risk assessments and records management
-Engages stakeholders in order to influence key business decisions

The experience we need.

We love our Data-Driven Marketing Campaign Managers to have these skills and experience:
-Strong communications skills which enable others to understand complex specialist terminology
-Track record of being able to build strong working relationships across different functional teams
-Background in executing customer selections within a financial services environment
-SQL knowledge, Campaign Management or Marketing Automation Software experience such as (Teradata CIM, Adobe Campaign, SAS MA/CI 360, IBM Campaign) are desirable
-Excellent applied logic to understand working and impact of optimisation and customer contact rules 
-Attention to detail to be able to spot flaws in logical arguments and to ensure high quality outputs and deliverables
-IT, data or customer analytics background are desirable

The salary banding for this role is £27,000 - £39,000 + some amazing benefits
