The experience we need.
- Experience of managing and developing a portfolio of STM journals
- A life science qualification and/or in-depth experience of science publishing
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience of managing budgets and direct reports is beneficial but not essential as you will be fully trained.
As the successful Publisher, you'll manage 3-4 life science journals. You'll liaise with the editorial boards of each journal for the peer review. You will manage a publishing assistant and will lead on journal strategy. You'll have to network and keep abreast of developments within the relevant scientific fields to inform journal strategy.

What you’ll get in return.
You'll get a salary of £28 to £31.5k dependent on experience. You'll have flexi-time working, phenomenal holiday allowance and other great benefits.
