This company have ambitious plans and an entrepreneurial owner, who has a clear vision for how this company is able grow and progress, especially with recent investment from a Global company. They are based in a beautiful part of the UK, towards the South Coast. It`s very likely candidates will have to relocate for this role, support and assistance will be provided throughout this process.

The role.

The Head of Online Sales / Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for creating strategy, executing and delivering all online sales in line with the budget and targets. They will have full ownership of the Online Team and digital channels to deliver exceptional results and drive growth.
As Head of Online Sales / Head of Performance Marketing you will take ownership of all relevant performance marketing channels, including SEO/SEA, email, social, including scaling them with innovative target-based marketing campaigns, on-site conversion optimisation and customer experience.
You will explore new digital channels to test, learn and qualify a customer-centric BI and channel configuration to further automate marketing and customise customer communication.
Working with the E-Commerce System Manager to ensure the continuous development of the technical Infrastructure. Lead, coach and support a growing, dedicated Online Marketing Team and develop a vision of the strategic orientation (and convince the stakeholders to buy into that) for online sales.

The experience we need.

-Degree in marketing or technology related subject (e.g. data science, economics, marketing, business, IT).
-5 - 10 years professional experience of working in-house in marketing, or e-commerce, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position.
-Proven results in both qualitative (e.g. branding, design, campaigns) and quantitative (e.g. performance, attribution, CLV) marketing tasks.
-Data-driven and goal-oriented decision making is therefore part of your everyday life.
-Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, a good understanding of numbers and a structured, careful working style to achieve success.
-Very good knowledge of E-commerce software, and skilled using spreadsheets and manipulating / analysing data
-Expert knowledge of leading practices and desire to keep up-to-date with latest trends and technology.
