We are looking for a unique kind of person to work in a brand new 12-month contract, print project / traffic management role, for a well-loved financial challenger brand in Bristol. No 2 days will be the same and this company have a great culture with fantastic people!

The Experience We Need

We're after a Print Project or Production Manager who has come from the financial or professional services industry, either in-house or working for a marketing agency. You will need to be able to juggle lots of projects and wear many hats!

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven Project or Print Production management background ideally within the financial, professional or retail sector
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities them across clients
  • Knowledge of data driven digital Marketing systems including web sites, mobile apps and direct communication channels would be useful
  • Be able to effectively engage stakeholders across the board and confident in signing off communications and development briefs 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior internal colleagues as well as external agencies 

The Role

The perfect role for an experienced Digital Project Manager who has a background in leading digital projects from conception to completion. You will secure the technical resources to complete projects on time and to budget, effectively managing change, stakeholders and budgets.

The role will involve:-
  • Project scoping and cost estimation
  • Management of risks and issues
  • A focus on the production of high volume printed financial literature 
  • Briefing and managing the company's print suppliers and external agency
  • Budget management, project reporting and adhering to quality standards
