The experience we need.
Ideally the Individual Giving Marketing Manager will have the following experience
-CRM database to manage and analyse donor data and run reports
-Understanding the latest trends in fundraising
-Working knowledge of GDPR in a fundraising context
-Acquisition and retention programmes and experience of planning and delivering direct marketing including print management
This is an amazing opportunity to work for a highly successful Bristol based charity, based in city centre offices. They have been providing support for a variety of underprivileged groups, supporting them in finding employment, participating in the local community and making sure they receive the best possible education and support.
Will be to play an integral role in the fundraising team by leading on the Individual Giving portfolio to secure unrestricted income through the use of multi-channel communications and supporter journeys to encourage long term relationships and maximise the commitment and lifetime value of Supporters.
-To lead on the high-quality stewardship of individual cash donors, ensure good retention levels and encourage donors to scale up their support
-To oversee and develop the regular giving strategy, growing committed giving from individuals
-To manage the charities annual appeal and direct mail strategy, including annual planning, drafting content, liaising with external designers and printers, and ensuring that the mailings are fulfilled to an agreed schedule
-To manage multi-channel fundraising communications including email and social
What you’ll get in return.
The salary for this role, will between £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience, this bracket could be flexible for somebody more senior.
