The experience we need:
- At Sales and Marketing Director level, ideally from a multi-site or high volume, hospitality, retail destination, travel or leisure background.
- Must have experience at Board level and presenting to the Board on commercial targets.
- Proven success across product development, price setting, promotional activity and brand expansion.
- Commercial background in increasing volume sales, as well as developing growth strategies for international markets.
- Commercial partnerships, corporate and sponsorship experience.
The Interim Sales and Marketing Director will be coming in to provide senior level leadership and support across all the marketing and communications activities, with a view to add weight to the overall strategy and drive forward expansion plans. Being commercial and numbers-driven is key to this role, as marketing strategy needs to translate into ROI. The Interim Sales and Marketing Director will identify gaps and opportunities, to achieve sales and growth targets through intelligent marketing and communication strategic execution.
