Are you currently a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive looking for a broader role that will challenge and develop your career and move you into a marketing setting?

This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the South West's biggest and most successful Marketing Agencies in their commercial team. Alongside a basic salary of around £20-25k you'll earn typically around a 30% annual bonus.

The experience we need.

We require at least 1 year of solid sales experience, with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of working against targets. It would be amazing if you have sold digital, media or marketing solutions, but sector experience isn’t hugely important. Raw personality, ambition and willingness to pick up the phone are most important.  

You'll be a confident and articulate sales person either in a Business Development / Sales Executive / Lead generation role, equally comfortable with phone sales and face to face meetings, drive for results and be counted on to exceed goals and targets successfully; consistently pushing yourself to achieve goals and KPI plan. You'll be proactive and self-motivated - a real people person! 

If you have experience selling within the digital / data space this would be amazing, but by no means a pre-requisite. 

The role.

Your role will be supporting the commercial team in driving new business for this Marketing Agency. You will work and learn from a great team, but you'll ideally have some strong sales figures to back you up! You'll work on lead generation and pipeline generation across a huge range of international clients. Service offerings will be integrated Digital, Data, Direct Marketing solutions.
You'll be responsible for a range of activities including:
- Supporting new business pitches
- Development of leads - mostly phone based
- Representing the business at events
- Delivering core sales KPIs
- Identifying key decision makers to approach
- Engaging with previous client relationships
- Building client pipeline
