Brand new opportunity! We have a client that is continuing to deliver exceptional work to their global pharmaceutical client base in Bristol and is in search for an established Account Director with ideally a degree or background in Neuroscience or a similar sector. We will be holding virtual interviews immediately and doing everything we can to make the hiring process as thorough and as “normal” as possible.

The experience we need.

A strategic guru with a passion for planning you will be on top of your game offering healthcare clients advice to propel their brands forward. The Account Director will display autonomy and accountability; be able to make high-level Decisions.

-Proven written and verbal communication skills across a variety of projects
-Enhanced inter-personal skills, able to adapt to a range of audiences both internally and externally. A good listener who is approachable
- Proven presentation and pitching skills
- The confidence to interact with and present to clients of all levels
-They ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- A persuasive approach allied with the ability to negotiate and sell the agency’s creative product
- Considerable experience in healthcare advertising / marketing
- Notable experience operating as a senior point of contact for clients

The role.

Reporting to Group Account Director / Client Service Director, the Account Director leads a designated portfolio of clients ( Neuroscience ), ensuring delivery of high-quality creative campaigns and strategies as well as contributing to new business initiatives across the agency. This includes writing proposals and delivering creative pitches. The account director is responsible for devising client strategies and overseeing the operational aspects of accounts as well as inspiring a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver projects on time, on budget and against pre-defined client objectives.
