- Based in Sheffield our client offers outsourced support to key accounts in the U.K. providing customer care.
- To develop and retain business through intelligent and proactive account management.
- Plan and deliver services in line with company pricing guidelines.
- Monitor and review client accounts ensuring that service provide is in line with agreed SLA’s.
- You will be knowledgeable in account management, ideally coming from a similar role.
- Customer focused, with confident communication skills.
- You will know how to analyse and adjust your performance to increase our productivity.
