The successful Account Manager / Client Services Manager will need to have some form of agency / consultancy experience ideally in an client facing role. A solid understanding of CRM and an interest in data is also required. You'll need to understand the principles of successful client relations and not be afraid of taking data campaign briefs and getting stuck into a fast paced agency life.
It's the perfect opportunity for a client focused Account Manager who gets a real buzz out of nurturing relationships and who has a basic understanding of data marketing. You will work on a range of global retail accounts that will mean no two days are the same.
