My client is a leading international specialist within Brand Protection and Product recall. The role:

To deliver global recall campaigns that cover providing the solution to the client, managing the deliverables of the campaign, managing relationships with the client and all supplier and contact centre personnel. Also required to ensure projects / accounts are managed to maximise revenue and to identify opportunity to reduce costs ensuring a positive consumer experience.

The position represents the key point of contact for designated global recalls, the job will require understanding of all aspects of compliance and account management. The Account Manager will have the ability to think strategically while generating innovative solutions and revenue growth and by putting the customer first.
  • Interaction with IT systems to ensure that all technical requirements for campaigns are delivered
  • Managing the client relationship and briefing requirements
  • Working with US colleagues to run successful recall campaigns and ensure a Global Recall team approach
  • To ensure > 65% of their hours are billed directly to campaigns per month
  • Provide client solutions by working with commercial team closely understanding the nature of the recall
  • Creation of reporting, project documentation and customer dashboards
  • To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in required format
  • To liaise with clients and colleagues as part of the project coordination process
  • Tight budget control of client activity by capturing costs and maintaining profit margins to usually > 55%
  • Management of Contact Centre agents, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are maintained
  • Maintenance of forecast across campaigns, ensuring correct revenue has been captured and billing is within 5-10% of forecast.
  • Presentation skills to gain clients confidence and business at all levels
  • To produce detailed Project plans to ensure successful launch of campaigns
  • Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
You will have/will be:
  • Has achieved and can demonstrate a track record of Account Management in either Print / Data / Direct Mail. This is not a sales role so we are looking for experienced Account Managers from the Marketing Services environment
  • Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and is proficient in account management
  • Articulate with ability to influence
  • Experience of leading and motivating colleagues to deliver high performance
  • Experienced in management of complex commercial and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven experience of contract management with multiple suppliers.
