The experience we need.
We are looking for a strategic, rounded Account Manager who has a good background in Account Managing design and build website projects and can demonstrate the ability to present at a senior level. A proactive, professional team player who has had agency and client facing experience, you will have commercial acumen with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively at all levels with clients whilst thriving on responsibility and varied challenges.
Account Manager skills:
-A background in Account Management for UX, Design and Build website projects
-Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients
-Identify new opportunities
-Passion for the industry and willingness to learn
-Strong knowledge of content marketing campaign strategies and channels (SEO, Email marketing, social media and inbound marketing) would be advantageous.
- Experience with Ecommerce software (eg: Magento, EpiServer, Sitecore) would be advantageous.
You will look after some of this agency's most important clients. As Account Manager you will take briefs and work internally with project managers, designers and a wider development team seeing projects through their full life cycle - you will own the relationship. It's a great opportunity to have some top client names on your CVs.
With a team of around 25, they are fast becoming a real force on the Bournemouth scene. They are centrally located, very accessible to transport links. The culture is fun, friendly, professional and driven by a strong commercial approach.
What you’ll get in return.
