An inspirational not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Membership Coordinator to help manage their membership in an administration heavy role.  This is a rare opportunity to work for a not-for-profit that you can be proud of.  You'll get flexi-time and hybrid working.  This role would suit a graduate or an experienced administrator.

The experience we need.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven administration skills
  • Good written English
  • Great customer service.

The role.

As Membership Coordinator, you'll handle member queries by post, phone and email.  You'll manage membership payments and some financial admin.  You will work to cleanse and maintain the membership data, ensuring that it adheres to GDPR.
