They are looking for an analytical, strategic thinker to lead overall operational management and project delivery of their multi-disciplinary Media and Science team. Working in partnership with client and commercial operations the successful candidate will set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity. Working with the Media & Science leadership and management teams the Operations Director will provide the frameworks, support and management to facilitate efficient, profitable delivery of work.
The Operations Director role is a pivotal leadership role in the Media and Science team at and will work in partnership with operational colleagues across the business. You’ll need an understanding and appreciation of multiple advertising disciplines (Digital, Technical, Advertising, Brand and Design) and your role is to lead the operational management of the Media & Science team incorporating the management of workflow, processes, the provision of business management information to ensure the overall effective and efficient running of the business. It is also to project manage more complex projects across the Media & Science Team.
