My client is a tech challenger brand within the healthcare sector. Because of their growth, we are looking to hire a B2B customer success manager to help onboard a variety of B2B customers. The experience we need.
We are looking for somebody with the experience of onboarding different customers into a business, who understands the process and tech integration needed. Ideally somebody with an understanding of the tech or SaaS sector would be highly desirable.
Own the overall relationship with assigned B2B Accounts: managing on-boarding, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
Working closely with stakeholders, to ensure smooth integration of new partners and affiliates.
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the Business Development Manager and Head of Customer Care.
Based in Bristol the Customer Success Manager can work from home if needed, with occasional visits to the office. This business has a real purpose and ambitious growth plans over the next few years. This is an excellent time to join a fast-growing healthcare tech business.
What you'll get in return.
