The experience we need
The successful candidate will be an experienced user of marketing campaign management tools (Aprimo Relationship Manager / SAS Marketing Automation / Teradata Relationship Manager (TRM) / FastStats / Unica / SAS MA or similar tool) with a basic understanding of SQL (this can be taught though).
Whilst you may be called a Data Operations Analyst currently, we're not hung up on job title, you just need to have used marketing campaign tools of some kind, and have a reasonable grasp of SQL. That said, more experienced candidates are also highly desirable. This isn't a junior level role, an experienced analyst would be ideal (3-5 years of experience or more), but the team is also prepared to help develop and grow a less experienced team member if needed.
This is a Data Operations Analyst role for an exciting brand with a great team of analysts and insight people within it's marketing function. You'll build customer communications for DM, email, and SMS, as well as communications for other digital channels and on the high street. You'll work across the business and deal with multiple stakeholders and there's and exciting migration of systems going on meaning that there are lots of side projects to get involved in as well - plenty of opportunity to help build things from the ground up and make a name for yourself in a company who like to promote from within.
The role is working for an exciting house-hold name brand with their core CRM / Data and Insight team based in Bristol. The team is fairly large and its continuing to grow, and whilst the brand is well-known and a fairly large company, it still has the feel of a 'start-up' in many ways. You'll receive lots of support and they have a good structure in place, but at the same time it's a fun place to work, the work is varied and there's lots of opportunity to put forward your own ideas too.
What you'll get in return
As well as an excellent working environment, great company benefits and lots of potential for progression and ongoing training, you'll receive a competitive salary and there is potential for flexible working once established in your role.
- A competetive basic salary + cash flex benefit (adds additional 4% to your basic salary)
- Excellent pension (8% company contribution)
- 28 days holiday
- 10% bonus
- Lots of other great benefits
If you have an interest in data for marketing campaign purposes, have used SQL as well as a Campaign Management Tool such as TRM, Unica, Aprimo or SAS MA (or similar) then we'd love to hear from.
