We're looking for a CRM Campaign Manager (or Analyst) with 2 or more years of experience in using campaign management tools, to join a well-known, direct marketing & CRM agency in central Bristol.

The experience we need.

The successful CRM Campaign Manager (or Analyst) will be an experienced user of marketing and CRM campaign management tools (IBM UNica, Apteco FastStats, Silverpop, Marketing Cloud or similar) with experience in brief management and requirement gathering of CRM and marketing campaign work.

Whilst you may be called a CRM Campaign Analyst or CRM Marketing Executive currently, we're not hung up on job title, you just need to have used marketing campaign tools of some kind, and have a reasonable grasp of working across direct marketing channels. That said, more experienced candidates are also highly desirable. This isn't a junior level role, an experienced CRM Campaign Manager would be ideal (3-5 years of experience or more), but the team is also prepared to help develop and grow a less experienced team member if needed.

The role.

This is a CRM Campaign Manager role for a really exciting agency with a great team of CRM and direct marketing experts. You'll build client communications for DM, email, and SMS, as well as communications for other digital channels. You’ll use your knowledge of campaign processes, including segmentation and targeting to ensure job output meets the requirement of key client briefs.

The company.

The role is working for an exciting, CRM and Direct Marketing agency with their core CRM / Data and Insight team based in Bristol. The team is fairly large and it’s continuing to grow, so this is a really exciting time to join! You'll receive lots of support and they have a good structure in place, but at the same time it's a fun place to work, the work is varied and there's lots of opportunity to put forward your own ideas too.

What you'll get in return.

As well as an excellent working environment, great company benefits and lots of potential for progression and ongoing training, you'll receive a competitive salary and there is potential for flexible working once established in your role.
