An exciting, new Financial Promotions Assistant Manager role to sit within the Marketing Risk Team for a well-known challenger brand with its head office in North Bristol (remote working). You will be working in partnership with the Marketing Management Teams to ensure marketing risks are identified and understood by the business. You will be partnering the business to apply effective control ensuring proactive identification of emerging risks and supporting the business in fixing issues in a timely manner. This is a 6-month FTC (which scope to go perm).
The experience we need.

· Knowledge and Experience of the FCA's Financial Promotion regime.
· Ability to manage and execute a number of, sometimes conflicting, priorities and deliverables.
· Establishes and communicates the need for and benefits of significant change.
· Evaluates issues from a range of stakeholder perspectives with the ability to make complex decisions and execute delivery.
· Presents information and messages with clarity, communicating in a way that is meaningful to the audience.
The role.
A brand new role working in partnership with the Marketing management teams in the development of internal and external communications, in particular with regulatory advice on Financial Promotions. You will be expected to develop and implement activity in the BU to ensure the Financial Promotion approval process is embedded and a proactive customer risk aware culture is demonstrated.
