The experience we need.
We're looking for designers with a hands on deck, collaborative mindset, proven expertise in the supermarket brand / FMCG design world, and enough confidence to get on with it from day one and own your own projects. Directors - As Design Director you will also establish the conceptual and stylistic direction for the design team and orchestrate their work. You will take the lead on creative and cultivate and maintain important client relationships.
Midweights and Seniors - The successful Midweight and Senior Designer will be genuine ideas people, and this must be apparent in your portfolio. You'll be a Designer with experience working for one of the UK's top brand design agencies, but you may have also freelanced or worked for one of the smaller agencies. Your portfolio must include supermarket brands and demonstrate at least a handful of packaging pieces.
Juniors - If you have some experience designing for fmcg brands, fab! But what's more important is your keen eye for detail and a well-presented portfolio which showcases your artistic thinking and creative vision. You will have some agency experience and a desire to grow in a busy (but very exciting!) environment.
This is an amazing opportunity for a packaging and branding designer who's looking for something unique. You'll be joining a globally recognised agency who've remained proudly independent, and you'll get to work on some big briefs from a great roster of clients.
