Head of CRM and Retention

The experience we need.  

  • Proven leadership experience within a similar commercial position
  • Solid experience of working in fast paced, dynamic and challenging environments
  • Experience of creating the Customer Value Management approach within an organisation
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to convert strategy into operational execution
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes
  • Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines
  • Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet them.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • An experienced People Leader able to galvanise others behind a vision, set clear direction, build, develop, and motivate a high performing team
  • Excellent decision making and prioritisation capabilities
The role.

As a senior leader in the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for growing the value, retention and engagement of the businesses customer base, ensuring data and insight capabilities are put at the centre of our decision making, maximising customers value along the full lifecycle. You will be accountable for maximising the value of our base, retention and engagement, by (in conjunction with the Head of Propositions) continually reviewing and evolving pricing, promotions and existing propositions. You will act as a leader within our Commercial organisation, playing your part in developing a winning Commercial function that delivers our company objectives and sustained performance.
