One of the South West's leading integrated marketing agencies is looking to hire a Head of Demand Generation to lead on demand generation activity and head up digital marketing strategy.

As the successful Head of Demand Generation, you'll be an expert in demand gen activity and paid media, with in depth knowledge of the latest digital trends and expert insight into how digital functions as part of a broader integrated campaign.

The experience we need.

  • Must have experience in an integrated agency as a well-established senior marketing strategist or campaign planner.
  • Proven track record of digital media planning and strategy, as well as delivering commercially successful campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • In depth knowledge of digital media platforms, from campaign set-up to management and optimisation, with a particular focus on Google Ads and social media, including LinkedIn as a marketing channel.
  • Specialist knowledge of B2B digital marketing and marketing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Eloqua (configuration and maintenance).
  • You will be well versed in the implementation and use of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Adobe Analytics and Tableau would be great too.

As Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for the performance and analysis of lead generation campaigns, with constant optimisation and market analysis to make new recommendations. Your expert marketing tech knowledge will help inform your plans as you develop account based marketing activity and messaging. You will also play a key part in new business pitches for prospective clients.
