My client is an insight-driven, creatively-fuelled technology-savvy group of agencies that help brands better connect with their audience, in a meaningful way.

My client is composed of specialist agencies working in a complementary way to ensure the very best media-agnostic solutions from a holistic approach that helps their client to make a better connection with their target customers and ultimately better results for their brands and organisation.
Not to mention they are Campaign Best Places to work 2021 Award winners and have won multiple Drum Awards.

Due to further growth, they are now looking for a Head of Paid Media Solutions to be based in either Bristol, Swansea, Cardiff or Warwick
The role will have three key elements:
  • Business Development
  • Team management
  • Client product development & implementation
The Head of Paid Media Solutions is responsible for:
Business Development
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of Digital Media and my client's core markets ensuring they are viewed as the go to for knowledge sharing by the strength of both the product range and the result they deliver
  • Working with the Technical Director to implement new products, monitor their effectiveness & commerciality and provide a positive feedback loop for their continued development.
  • Ensure the solutions team are maintaining strong client relationships, delivering profitable media plans and meshing seamlessly with the Strategy and Delivery teams.
Team management
  • Training and developing Paid Media Solutions teams to support continued growth.
  • Developing proposal generation skills within the team ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product every time
  • The continual development, day to day management and appraisals of the team.
Client Product development & Implementation
  • Working closely with clients to build effective digital media plans utilising the most effective range of products and services
  • Managing overall client performance against KPI's
  • Working with the the team to identify and overcome challenges
Required Experience/skills
  • Strong digital media experience across multiple platforms
  • Previous team management/supervisory experience
  • Good communication ability
  • Excellent proposal writing skills
