The experience we need.
An ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' worth of experience working within an HR environment - recruitment administrator, office administrator or a fresh graduate with a clear and evident desire to get into this industry.
You will have an exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Its highly desirable if you are working towards or have completed your CIPD level 3.
This business is growing rapidly and this role will be providing day to day support to their HR team which currently consists of an HR Officer and HR Director.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, to include advertising vacancies, organising interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies and monitoring our recruitment inbox
-Assisting with the onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment checks, obtaining new starter documentation, updating payroll, scheduling inductions and updating our HRIS and organisation charts
-Drafting documentation such as contracts of employment and other correspondence
-Managing the performance review process
- Assisting the HR team with L&D activity

What you'll get in return.
Salary for this HR administrator role will be dependent on experience, ranging from £20,000 - £25,000.
