An inspirational not-for-profit organisation is looking for a life science graduate to work as a Publishing Assistant with scientists from the medical community on medical journal publications. This is a rare opportunity for a life science graduate to start an exciting career outside of a lab. The successful Publishing Assistant will get to work flexi-time hours and will receive regular, comprehensive training, as well as the opportunity to develop into a Scientific Publisher.

The experience we need.

  • A life science degree or higher is essential
  • Some commercial administration experience would be desirable
  • Customer service experience would be a big plus
  • The ability to carry out basic statistical analysis.

As the successful life science graduate, you will work with scientists, providing high-level administrative support to the publishing department, including peer review staff and the editorial boards.
