The Role
This is a broad role with plenty of variety, so you will need to be open to supporting and sometimes leading across a range of marketing activities.

My client are looking for someone who is ready to develop their career further in a fast-paced, rapidly growing technology company.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be encouraged to identify trends and market insights, and will use these to ensure content and campaigns are optimised for success.

You will manage and develop the company's pay per click and social media advertising campaigns, ensuring that they meet performance and revenue targets in line with the overall marketing plan and budget.

This role requires a hands-on approach using technical innovation and creative thinking to deliver thriving, results-driven SEM campaigns, email and social media marketing.

Assisting in the day to day delivery of the overall Marketing and Business Development plan, you’ll work alongside the Marketing Manager to deliver a comprehensive content marketing strategy, support a program of virtual/in-person events, provide presentation content,  support with bespoke client or account-based marketing requirements, and utilise your understanding of the marketing mix to execute, monitor, and report on digital campaigns.
You will take ownership of regular communications to prospects and clients, maintain social media presence across all digital channels, and will adhere to brand guidelines across all communications.
The ideal candidate:
  • Excellent communication (written, visual and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good critical thinking skills.
  • Able to take the initiative and work autonomously, but comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
  • Working knowledge of webinar and collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Good understanding of SEO and how to optimise online content alongside managing social media channels.
  • Graphic design – basic level and understanding of working to brand guidelines using Canva/Adobe products
  • £28,000 - £35,000
  • Company pension
  • 23 days holiday (plus 1 bonus day for your birthday)
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • On-site parking
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life assurance at 4x salary
