They are now on the lookout for a Paid Media Account Manager, ideally with ecommerce experience.
You will be responsible for reporting to clients & managing/owning all client conversations. You are responsible for the client relationship as well as the maintenance & optimisation of accounts.
- Ownership of Paid Media KEY accounts & manage a portfolio. You will be responsible for holding the relationship with the clients; managing diarised & ad hoc meetings as needed as well as managing the PPC (& Paid Social (if appetite there) accounts themselves.
- Working with the internal sales & account management team to provide a seamless onboarding experience to new clients, then manage the relationship/account yourself or handover the brief to another Team Member.
- My client measure themselves on ROAS & CPL & you will hold these KPIs as the primary KPIs on every account you manage; guiding clients to this way of thinking. They do not run accounts for clicks & you will help manage conversations to encourage this.
- Deliver best-in-class Paid Media strategies that consider the entire sales funnel; from first interaction to driving loyalty.
- Ability to use Google Analytics to build insights that feed strategy; all conversations are backed by data.
- Must have ECommerce account management experience.
