The experience we need.
-Social Paid Advertising, strong experience creating / managing advertising on LinkedIn, twitter and Facebook. This would be everything from lead generation to traffic and brand awareness programmers. Working with the campaign creative and copywriting teams in asset creation.
-Search Advertising, strong experience creating/managing advertising on Google specifically. Good at keyword research/optimisation and reporting. Working with the copywriting teams in ad creation and be able to write ads independently.
-Google Analytics, strong experience reviewing/reporting and setting up Google Analytics
-Display Advertising, good experience creating/managing display campaigns on Google. Experience with programmatic and other forms of Display would be a bonus.
You need to be independent, self-organising, and self-motivated with a strategic and commercial head on your shoulders - figure out where the opportunity lies, what needs done, do it, and make it accountable to how it will drive campaign success. This is a new role in support of some of the smartest and busiest brains in the agency right up to the CEO.
Reporting into and mentored by the head of paid media / data , the role will provide room for growth and the opportunity to be involved in diverse and challenging projects across our global agency network.

What you'll get in return.
