The Role

Working with clients who want their brands to be seen, or to use online media to solve business challenges and deliver incremental growth, my client deliver leading paid media campaigns across social, display, video, audio and other programmatic channels.

Reporting to the Programmatic & Paid Social Lead and Managers, the Programmatic & Paid Social Executive will support the team in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns for a wide range of clients. 
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Work as part of a team with client services, programmatic & paid social managers and specialists to deliver exceptional campaigns for clients, from supporting in research and planning to execution and reporting
  • Understand your client’s business and their challenges, and how online media can help deliver this against different KPIs and in conjunction with other channels
  • Brief new campaigns and campaign updates with partners ensuring campaign goals and parameters are communicated clearly
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure client KPIs are met within budget
  • Report on live campaigns and communicate performance to clients, including key “so what?” insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Support managers and specialists in collating data and interpreting insights into the end of campaign reports
  • Support in creating internal documents including case studies and product information documents 
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • A proactive approach to learning
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and a strong team player – supporting other team members while also maintaining your own tasks
  • Exposure to programmatic/display advertising or paid social platforms
  • (Preferred) Track record of running Facebook ad campaigns
  • (Preferred) Ability to analyse and interpret campaign data and translate it into campaign recommendations
  • A passion for media planning and online advertising!
