A marketing and PR agency in Bath who work with a host of wonderful FMCG brands are looking to recruit a part-time Social Media and Influencer Marketing Lead. The successful individual will act as the agency lead on social strategy and implementation and will continue to grow the agency's impressive influencer marketing offering.
The successful Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead could work 3 days a week at c£60k pro rata or 4 days a week c£45-50k pro rata. Of course this is dependent on experience but great social strategy, implementation and influencer experience is rare, so this agency are open minded in their search. That includes remote working, though some office time will be expected post-covid, with flexibility.
The experience we need.
- Commercial experience as a digital specialist in a marketing or PR agency
- Big brand FMCG campaign experience
- Demonstrable success delivering social media strategy and implementation
- Experience in paid influencer partnerships and talent negotiation.

The agency want a commercially-minded individual who can develop into a director who's able to nurture client relationships and lead on strategy.

What you'll get in return.
A basic salary of c£60k pro rata for 3 days a week or c£45-50k pro rata for 4 days a week dependent on experience, plus benefits and the chance to work part-remote, part-office based.
