This role has a base salary of £45k and a crystal clear commission structure where you should be looking to earn a £60k OTE. This is uncapped so you could earn significantly more.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. They also offer comprehensive flexi-time.
The experience we need.
- Proven experience developing industry partnerships within the healthcare or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience building relationships with new and existing external partners, ideally including pharmaceutical companies
- Target driven with demonstrable skill generating commercial revenue through business development
- Consultative sales approach.
As the successful Partnerships Manager, you'll establish relationships with commercial partners, predominantly, but not exclusively, pharmaceuticals. We're looking for someone creative who will look beyond the obvious, establishing commercial relationships with all kinds of relevant brands.
You'll be confident in both account management and business development. This role would suit a consultative sales person who looks to (quickly) grow and nurture relationships, rather than knocking down doors. You'll also be confident attacking and exceeding a commercial revenue target.
