The experience we need.
- A life science degree or higher is essential
- Some commercial administration experience would be desirable
- Customer service experience would be a big plus
As the successful Publishing Assistant, you will work with scientists providing high-level administrative support to the publishing department, including peer review staff and the editorial boards.

What you'll get in return.
If your experience fits the bill, you'll be rewarded with a salary between £21k and £24k. A graduate with no commercial experience can expect £21k. A graduate with commercial admin or customer service experience could expect a slightly higher basic salary and an experienced Publishing Assistant can expect £24k. Regardless of starting salary, you'll have regular pay reviews, hybrid working, flexi-time, great pension and holiday allowance and first-class professional development.
