With exciting plans for growth and expansion into the B2C Ecommerce market they are now recruiting for an experienced Commercial / Sales and Marketing Director with Ecommerce knowledge of the Apparel, Footwear, Healthcare or Fashion industry.
The role is to devise, implement and continually review the Sales and Marketing direction and activities of the Company as a whole and individually the direction and activities of its various brands/divisions in order that the Company can meet and exceed its overall business objectives and growth targets.
This is effectively a Board level appointment, so the individual needs to be a director; manager; relationship builder; mentor/coach, whilst being independent; self-motivated; self-directed; highly technically competent; creative; and outgoing in support of the Company's growth plans and targets. The individual must be able and prepared to lead from the front and to not only work on the business but in the business, especially in the early stages until such time as revenue, growth and profitability allow for increasing resources within the Sales and Marketing teams - this should therefore be viewed as a "hands on" role.
