Role
To lead the strategic development of the brand/s to deliver engaging and creative work for clients. To build strong partnerships with clients and deliver leadership for the team.
Required experience
· RX or Consumer Health advertising experience gained within a global pharma environment.
· Experience of working within a multi-national company, able to quickly pick up and follow systems and processes.
· Demonstrable experience of building multi-layered client relationships and growing global brands.
· Proven delivery of print and digital brand campaigns.
· Leadership skills, able to build, mentor and develop high performing teams.
· Cross medium creative awareness and understanding of new technologies.
· At least Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline
· Gravitas, intelligence, a strong work ethic and desire to be the best in a competitive environment. Passionate about the healthcare sector and delivering high quality creative work. Also to be fully in touch with developments and trends.
· Currently working at SAM or AM level within a healthcare advertising agency with a significant budget responsibility
· Experience in leading and inspiring a team of account handlers
