For this role, we’re looking for someone who’s ambitious and eager to develop a long-standing career with the agency. To be successful, you should have an eye for impactful creative, the desire to work on the latest innovative digital solutions and the willingness to keep pace with the market and your clients whilst continually building your expertise and knowledge.
The experience we need.
• At least three years’ B2B agency experience
• The ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
• Agency account management experience
• Experience of managing senior stakeholders
• A proven track record of successful account growth
• Commercial and business acumen
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
You’ll play a pivotal role in solving clients’ challenges and driving relationship and business growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop new solutions that deliver business value for clients. With the support of your account director, you’ll create briefs and proposals for global brands, develop strategies to break the mould and seek new business opportunities. Your contribution will be vital in driving the agency's account direction and growth for the long term.
