We have a unique opportunity to join a thriving independent B2B marketing agency who are committed to not sitting still and continuing to invest in their business. Working as a Senior Account Manager in this driven client services team you will be the go-to contact managing exciting content creation across a fully integrated offering. The Senior Account Manager will play a fundamental role for the wider business with some really promising progression opportunities within the group for the right candidate.

The experience we need.

  • At least 4 years' agency experience preferably within a B2B setting
  • Experience in delivering integrated campaigns based on business challenges
  • A track record of establishing and growing accounts
  • The ability to forge strong relationships with clients and internally
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Passionate about b2b marketing and a thirst to develop your understanding and skills
  • Project management excellence - ownership, delegation and coordination
  • Inspire confidence both internally and externally that projects will be delivered to our high standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

The role.

Client Management and Development

  • Responsible for client success building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add greater value to our clients and work with the team to deliver them
  • Financial development - Achieving an agreed % of organic growth YoY for key clients
  • Efficiency Management - Ensuring projects are delivered as efficiently as possible

Team Management and Development

  • Team Management - Manage and motivate a team of direct reports

Campaign Management

  • Take responsibility for client marketing programmes from inception through to post reporting.
  • Delivery - Working with members of your team to ensure all campaigns are delivered as efficiently as possible whilst generating great results
  • Optimisation - Focus on campaign optimisation to ensure we generate the best results for our clients
  • Best Practice - Follow best practices and process set out by the business to ensure work is produced to the highest possible
